  • We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. We do not return or exchange signed or personal message books.

    Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in the original packaging.
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges 

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Returns

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Shipping & Returns

    • Returns must be sent to the following Address (PO BOX 123, Detroit, MI).
    • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping

    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. USPS is our primary shipping partner.

    Delivery delays out of our control can occasionally occur.

    If we are experiencing a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

    Damaged Goods

    HRP is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim. If you did not recieve your order please contact the carrier first to file a claim.

    Return Shipping

    • Return items are shipped at your cost to the following Address: (PO BOX 123, Detroit, MI).
